With my university level degree in counseling, I have always been passionate about helping other people.

More specifically, helping them overcome mental barriers & gain their confidence back.

Along the way, I discovered a powerful link: mental health and physical health go hand in hand. Especially for those battling challenges like binge eating, emotional eating, and low self-esteem.

That’s why I started my business, to bridge the gap between physical & mental health.

My approach combines counseling expertise with fitness coaching to help my clients transform both mentally and physically.

It’s not just about looking good, it’s about building confidence and resilience.
